PACKAGING

Your CHC product is packaged in a cotton duster, enveloped in butcher paper and then boxed for it's protection during shipping. Just like our product, each component of our packaging process has been thoughtfully brought together for maximum usage.

Miniature cotton duster/tag: Use to store 'littles' inside your bag.

Cotton duster: to store your product in when not in use. Leather should always be stored in something breathable to prevent mildew

Butcher paper: use to fill your product while in storage in order to prevent creasing

Shipping box: Please kindly recycle if not using for other storage around your home or office

 

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is through USPS Priority Mail; standard rates apply.

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

If you have specific shipping requests, please make note of them at the time of purchase in the "Comment" section.

International shipping is available; select your country at checkout. Import duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

CHC is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mailing process.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We allow returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. Please email us at info@shopchc.com for a Return/Exchange Confirmation Code. Items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging, including your confirmation code. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping in the event of a return/exchange.

All sale items are final.
