Once the elements of the bags have been created and finished, they are joined to create the final product through our careful assembly process.
-The inside pocket is held with a leather cement to be stitched.
- Each YKK zipper is cut and prepared to size. This means we install our own brass sliders and stoppers to the exact length needed for the product.
-After zipper assembly, a touch of leather cement is used at the edge of each side of the bag, keeping them in place prior to sewing.
-Once each side is sewn to the zipper our logo is branded, front and center, and on to the final step of sewing assembly.
-And finally leather cement is used to perfectly align the edges, prior to clamping, keeping everything clean and in place for the final stitch.
